At Iceberg RC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original box with all manuals and accessories, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

  Ship the Item

  Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery and verification of receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods to confirm they meet our quality standards, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
